The welding torch is welded at the 3 o'clock position in the optional direction of the press roller and needs to be welded with a bending gun. S, E and P points need to be set on site before welding. Where S is the starting point, E is the end point, and P is the safe position of the torch. When using this function, first manually control the welding gun to reach the starting position S where welding is required, press the S letter, control the welding gun to reach the E point, press the E letter, then control the welding gun to retreat about 25-30 mm, press the P point, The location setting work is completed.

Before welding, it is necessary to move the welding gun to the edge of the beginning part of wear. Press START on the touch screen and then move the welding gun to the edge of the other side of the end part of wear. Press E and the welding setting is completed. Press the welding button to start automatic welding. The welding position does not need to be set again. The welding can be repeated continuously. During the repair process, the template is used to check whether the shape after welding meets the requirements. If there are still parts with insufficient height, the welding position is reset until the shape after repair is consistent with the template. After welding, the gear surface can be polished according to the shape of the template with a manual polishing machine, so that it can continue to be used without expensive gear replacement.
